PROGRAM: Two bathroom renovation, including custom millwork

As part of a continuing renovation project, the two bathrooms (one primary, one guest) are being updated to better reflect the owners' classic and refined taste. The apartment is located in a historic co-op building along Chicago's historic North Lake Shore Drive. Materials of rich cherry wood, Bianco Rhino marble, and White Sand marble were chosen to evoke the classic grandeur of the vintage building while also speaking to a more contemporary time and use. Keeping within the existing bathroom footprints, the material choices and custom millwork allows the space to live much bigger than expected.
